Village News: New Fence, Six Nations, and Supporting Our Shop

A very warm welcome to our newest subscribers. We are delighted to have you join us as we move into an exciting new chapter for our village communications.

Continuing Geraldine’s Great Work

As many of you know, Geraldine has been the heart and soul of our village updates for a long time. We owe her a huge debt of gratitude for her dedication in keeping us all connected.

As Geraldine steps back, our website’s “What’s On” service is officially taking over the reins. By subscribing, you ensure that you’ll continue to receive that familiar weekly update directly to your inbox, keeping you in the loop with everything happening in Hullavington.

Village Green Improvements

If you’re walking by the Village Green this week, you’ll notice some progress! Starting this Monday, work begins on installing the new fence. It’s an exciting update that will really smarten things up. Please take care around the work area while the team is on-site.

🏉 Six Nations & Village Events

The What’s On section of the website is now fully updated with the upcoming Six Nations fixtures. If you’re looking for match dates, kick-off times, or other local events, it’s all there in one place. It’s the perfect time to plan a trip to the village hall with your neighbours!

🛒 Important: Village Shop & Post Office Survey

Our shop and Post Office are vital parts of our community, but they are currently facing challenging times due to low footfall. We don’t want to lose these essential services, so we need your help.

Please take just five minutes to complete the community survey. Your feedback will help understand how the shop can better serve the village and ensure its future. Paper copies can be found in the shop.
