🧹 The Great British Spring Clean
Hullavington proudly joined the nationwide spring clean litter pick this Saturday. Every bag filled makes a massive difference to our local wildlife and village pride. If you were not able to join in but would like to tidy up a particular area, there’s still time. Contact debbie.lawley@hullavington-pc.gov.uk.
📅 This Week’s Highlights – go to the community website What’s On for details
- NDP Steering Committee Meeting – Monday evening: The Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) team continues their hard work behind the scenes. Everyone welcome.
- Film Night (Wednesday): Grab your popcorn! Wednesday night is film night at the Village Hall.
📢 Planning Ahead: The Annual Parish Meeting
Date: Saturday, 28th March Note: This is an Annual Parish Meeting, not a standard Parish Council meeting—it is a celebration of our community!
This year, we are doing things a little differently. Before the meeting begins, there will be an open session where you can:
- Meet the NDP Team: Chat with the volunteers working on the development plan.
- View the Displays: See and understand the roadmap for our parish.
- Hear the Summary: During the meeting, the team will provide a clear summary of where the process stands and what the next steps look like.
Showcase Your Club! Hullavington is defined by its lively clubs and societies. We want to hear from you! The Annual Parish Meeting will feature contributions from various local groups. If you would like your club or society to be included in the proceedings, please reach out.
Contact: To secure a slot for your group, please email clerk@hullavington-pc.gov.uk.
