This is a reminder of the upcoming road closure on The Street, which is scheduled to begin this Monday, 30th March at 8:00am and run through to Friday, 10th April at 5:00pm.

The closure is located by the Vistry building site to allow for the electrical works. Please note the following key details:

• No Through Traffic 🚫: The road will be fully closed to vehicles for the duration of the works.
• Pedestrian Access 🚶‍♂️: Pedestrian access past the works will be maintained at all times.
• Bank Holiday Weekend 🐣: There is a possibility the road may temporarily reopen over the Bank Holiday weekend; however, we won’t have confirmation on this until next Wednesday. We will update you as soon as we know!
• Hill Hayes Lane – please go slowly!

🚌 Bus Service Update

The Parish Council has been working hard to press the Transport Team at Wiltshire Council for a solution during this disruption.

They have managed to pull together a skeleton bus service for this period. We truly appreciate their perseverance in making this happen despite the logistical challenges!

Keep an eye out: Posters detailing this temporary service timetable will be appearing around the village starting this afternoon. 📑✨
