Hullavington Weekly: Neighbourhood Planning, films and the next phase of the Green Improvements

Here is what you need to know for the week ahead:

🌳 Village Green: The Next Phase Begins

This week, work begins on removing the old, dilapidated fencing and replacing it to match the style installed at the cemetery last year. We will also be filling in dips and holes across the grass to create a much more usable, level space for play and community events.

🚧 Road Closure: Norton Road

Please be aware that Norton Road turning right from the village will be closed this Monday and Tuesday to allow for essential repairs to the road surface. We are awaiting for formal notice for this one. Hill Hayes Lane is also closed this week. For details go to the Parish Council Road Closure page.

🗺️ Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP)

Our NDP Steering Group is meeting on Monday 12th in the Village Hall at 7.30pm. Residents are welcome to attend.

🎬 Lights, Camera, Action!

The Hullavington Film Group has an exciting lineup of screenings coming up at the Village Hall. It’s a fantastic way to enjoy a night out without leaving the parish. Check the “What’s On” section of Hullavington.org for the latest titles and showtimes.

♻️ Waste Collection Reminder

A quick heads-up that general waste collection is running one day late this week. Please put your bins out for collection on Wednesday instead of Tuesday. It is back to normal schedule after this.
